 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for growing an assigned territories sales volume
  • Driving sales of individual and major products; performance will reflect an annual increase by exceeding established goals and meeting set budgets
  • Consistently and effectively communicating with current and future customers
  • Ensuring consistent adherence to the companies’ software systems
  • Identifying prospective campaign types; performing customer targeting approaches to drive customer’s buying behavior
  • Identifying opportunities to improve performance through productivity
  • Participating in management decisions for account managers
  • Expediting resolution of pharmacy and physician-based issues/placing a high priority on customer involvement
  • Complying with all applicable company, state and federal policies and laws
  • Coordinating between customer and pharmacy operations when necessary
  • Ensuring that the integrity of the company’s brand is communicated in every interaction with customers and future prospects
  • Expertise in identifying and tracking high dollar reimbursements in conjunction with manufacturer discount offerings
  • Fully understanding and articulating the marketing and sales strategy within your designated channel; as well as the service differentiators that our Company offers

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of Acute Care pharmacy process, injectable and specialty medications
  • Strong selling, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues quickly to improve customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, Salesforce.com or similar CRM software and possess strong online research skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail and follow up
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain business and work relationships.
  • Good decision making and conflict resolution skills
