Participating in management decisions for account managers
Expediting resolution of pharmacy and physician-based issues/placing a high priority on customer involvement

Coordinating between customer and pharmacy operations when necessary
Ensuring that the integrity of the company’s brand is communicated in every interaction with customers and future prospects
Expertise in identifying and tracking high dollar reimbursements in conjunction with manufacturer discount offerings
Fully understanding and articulating the marketing and sales strategy within your designated channel; as well as the service differentiators that our Company offers
