Chris Kirkes has more than 22 years of experience in medical device and hospital pharmacy sales, including 7 years in the 503B outsourcing industry. Much of this experience has been in leading sales teams to achieve explosive growth, as well as working with key accounts, national IDN’s and GPO’s. Chris has seen both the good and bad in this industry, and he has learned valuable lessons from both.
Thanks to his two decades of experience after earning a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Texas – Permian Basin, Kirkes has built an “All-Star” sales team of high performing, 503B experienced professionals at Wells Pharma. He has also been instrumental in defining the direction of Wells Pharma’s sales and marketing efforts by creating the “5 C’s of Success,” a set of standards that will be the foundation of the company’s success. Chris understands the 503B market, the needs and desires of our customers, and how Wells Pharma can help hospitals and surgery centers deliver high-quality medications to their patients.
Fun Fact: Chris is the co-founder of a bass-fishing club in his community. He consistently finishes in last place in their monthly tournaments.
