The “Team Spotlight” series will allow you to meet one of Wells Pharma’s highly experienced experts. This professional/personnel look will help you get to know who we are, and give an inside look at how our team members work to achieve our goal of becoming a market-leader in the 503B Outsourcing industry.

What do you do at Wells Pharma?

I am the Area Vice President for the state of Florida.

What do you like best about working with customers/clients?

Supplying much needed medications to patients in need and fulfilling the customers’ needs to make sure that they are getting the 5 C’s that drive the culture at Wells Pharma…

  • Confidence in Quality
  • Consistent Supply
  • Customer Service
  • Competitive Pricing
  • Comprehensive Portfolio

With my background in Nursing, I was always taught to put the patient first and to always do the right thing. I always strive to keep my customers abreast of their orders. I acknowledge their orders and thank them, keep them apprised of production and shipping when needed and share any updates and reports when needed. I take pride in being a resource to them and letting them know that I care and want to provide them with the utmost satisfaction for choosing Wells Pharma and to exceed their expectations. Many appreciate the personal touch that I deliver, and I receive many thank you emails back.

In your opinion, what value(s) do customers gain by working with Wells Pharma?

They get to work with a passionate and fast-paced company that provides a valuable service for their patients across the country in all 50 states. We truly care about “doing the right thing” and truly care about our customers and delivering top-quality products.

Why are you proud to work at Wells Pharma?

Wells Pharma has a culture that is collaborative, inclusive, transparent, and agile and that is why Wells Pharma is like a family. We all pull together to make sure that things are done correctly and succinctly. It’s a true team approach and everybody values each other. It’s an E.B.I. mentality – EVERY BODY is IMPORTANT! Without the various departments (production, shipping, quality, sales, customer service, management and leadership) we would be unable to deliver the best products to our customers.

What is the one lesson you’ve learned in the industry that has helped you most?

Throughout my career, I have embraced a special quote and truly believe in it. It goes as follows:

“Four short words sum up what has lifted most successful individuals above the crowd:  a little bit more. They did all that was expected of them and a little bit more.”

~A. Lou Vickery

So that means going the extra mile to make a difference! It’s a privilege and honor to represent Wells Pharma for the state of Florida and I feel that this has been a great career choice!

With gratitude and thanks to our many customers,

Rhonda Griffiths
