The “Team Spotlight” series will allow you to meet one of Wells Pharma’s highly experienced experts. This professional/personnel look will help you get to know who we are, and give an inside look at how our team members work to achieve our goal of becoming a market-leader in the 503B Outsourcing industry.

What do you do at Wells Pharma?
As the Assistant Vice President for the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania, I serve as the main point of contact for our hospital and surgery center customers. My goal is to build strong partnerships, understand each facility’s unique 503B needs, and ensure they receive the highest-quality compounded sterile preparations from Wells Pharma. I also work closely with our internal teams to make sure our clients get the service and support they deserve every day.

What do you like best about working with customers/clients?

I love the relationships I build with my customers. I especially enjoy meeting with them in person and getting to see their pharmacy operations. Every hospital or health system operates a little differently, and being able to listen, problem-solve, and provide real value is what keeps me motivated. It’s rewarding to know that the solutions I help deliver directly impact patient outcomes and care.

In your opinion, what value(s) do customers gain by working with Wells Pharma?

We manufacture compounded preparations the industry needs most. Our rapidly expanding portfolio is guided by input from our customer partners.

Our customers gain a true partnership. We’re not just a vendor, we’re an extension of their pharmacy team. They can count on us for reliability, transparent communication, timeliness and consistent product quality. Every Wells Pharma employee is committed to providing safety, compliance, and service that gives our clients confidence that their patients are in good hands.

Why are you proud to work at Wells Pharma?
I’m proud to work at Wells Pharma because of our integrity and dedication to doing things the right way. Everyone here from production and quality to sales and shipping shares the same mission of supporting healthcare professionals and improving patient outcomes. We all recognize that our products directly affect a patient’s health outcome. It’s inspiring to represent a company that values both excellence and trust.

What is the one lesson you’ve learned in the industry that has helped you most?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that relationships matter. In this industry, trust and follow-through are everything. Taking the time to listen, communicate clearly (and at times often), and delivering on promises is what builds long-term success for both our clients and our company.
