The “Team Spotlight” series will allow you to meet one of Wells Pharma’s highly experienced experts. This professional/personnel look will help you get to know who we are, and give an inside look at how our team members work to achieve our goal of becoming a market-leader in the 503B Outsourcing industry.

What do you do at Wells Pharma?

I am the Assistant Vice President for Houston. I partner with hospitals and surgical centers to meet their outsourcing needs.

What do you like best about working with customers/clients?

I enjoy meeting new people, learning about their goals, pain points and responsibilities. When I can match our products and services with their needs, great things happen!  Patients are taken care of, workflow may improve and hopefully, I have fostered a new professional relationship with the person behind the title.

In your opinion, what value(s) do customers gain by working with Wells Pharma?

When customers work with Wells Pharma, they work with a tenured team who provide excellent service, quality products and competitive prices.  They can trust in the partnership they have with Wells Pharma.

Why are you proud to work at Wells Pharma?

I spent almost 20 years of my nursing career working in the Texas Medical Center, at both pediatric and adult hospitals. In my various professional nursing roles, I have seen how supply chain challenges and cost issues can affect patient care. Now, by working in the healthcare “sales space”, I can use my nursing career experiences to help better understand the hospital outsourcing needs to deliver Wells Pharma’s products and services.

I am proud to work at Wells Pharma’s because they stay true to their core principles, referred to as The Five C’s – Confidence in quality, Consistent supply, Customer service, Competitive pricing, and Comprehensive product portfolios.

What is the one lesson you’ve learned in the industry that has helped you most?

Always be truthful, responsive, and follow through with my customer.  At the end of the day, there is a patient who needs care delivered.
