What do you do at Wells Pharma? 

I currently cover the Appalachian Territory (KY, WV, VA) in the 503B sales division.

What do you like best about working with customers/clients? 

I enjoy the face to face time with clients, getting to know them and their families.

In your opinion, what value(s) do customers gain by working with Wells Pharma? 

Wells Pharma is an integrated, growing, and up coming 503B company. They have a great track record with the FDA and operating correctly per regulations. Wells Pharma has a strong vision for providing the best quality product portfolio, with customer input, which will lead to success for Wells and the healthcare market.

Why are you proud to work at Wells Pharma? 

I am proud to work with Wells Pharma, because I believe they have a strong, robust manufacturing capability to help with drug shortages healthcare providers face day to day. A great 503B company, who operates correctly under FDA regulations, provides correct medications on time, and values their employees, can bring great value to the healthcare market, which in turn provides the best patient care. I believe Wells Pharma is doing all of these things and truly cares about the patient.

What is the one lesson you’ve learned in the industry that has helped you most?

I believe the most important lesson I have learned being a 503B sales representative, is open communication with the customer. Having a customer “TRUST” your word goes a long way in the pharmaceutical 503B industry. When a sales representative and customer have trust and respect for each other, it creates a fantastic business relationship. Both parties benefit from this and most importantly, the PATIENT.
