What do you do at Wells Pharma?
I am the AVP for the northeast. This includes the following states: ME, NH, MA, VT, CT, RI, DE, MD, DC. My role is to understand the needs of the hospitals and surgery centers in these states and help them move their outsourcing purchases over to Wells Pharma.
What do you like best about working with customers/clients?
The best part of working with our customers is meeting them face to face or virtually to understand what pains they have and how Wells Pharma can fix those problems. I enjoy bringing solutions that save them money, give them the quality they demand and improve their own workflow.
In your opinion, what value(s) do customers gain by working with Wells Pharma?
When hospitals choose to purchase from Wells Pharma, they gain a peace of mind that their outsourcing is a fair price for a high-quality product that will ship in a timely fashion. Wells Pharma is delivering value to those who have chosen to work with us!
Why are you proud to work at Wells Pharma?
I am proud to work at Wells Pharma because the people who are here make WPH special! Stan and David have been instrumental in navigating the mirky landscape of ingredient and product shortages, production issues and customer demands. The hard work and transparency from the Houston office have made me proud to offer Wells Pharma as the premier outsourcing solution to the hospitals in my area.
What is the one lesson you’ve learned in the industry that has helped you most?
The one lesson that has helped me most is that our products are a commodity to our clients. With that in mind, I need to help the client understand that when they partner and order through Wells Pharma, they are going to receive a fair price and not deal with bad customer service and backorders. Staying in communication with current customers and reaching out to those not yet working with WPH is the best way to grow our sales in the current landscape.
