What do you do at Wells Pharma? 

I’m the Assistant Vice President – South Central, partnering with pharmacies across hospitals, VA hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and other healthcare facilities. I help them navigate drug shortages by providing reliable compounded products and hands-on support they can truly depend on.

What do you like best about working with customers/clients? 

I absolutely love building strong, trust-based relationships with pharmacy teams. Every pharmacy has its own challenges, and it’s so rewarding to help them solve supply issues. Making sure they have the medications they need, keeps facilities running smoothly and ultimately helps patients get the care they deserve!

What is the one lesson you’ve learned in the industry that has helped you most?

Transparency, consistency, and trust are essential! Building strong, dependable relationships and offering proactive support allows pharmacies to feel confident in the partners they choose and that’s something I focus on every day.
