Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Stan has developed a unique and formidable combination of administrative, analytical and sales skills that have allowed him to make valuable contributions to the pharmaceutical companies with whom he has partnered during his 10-year career. While at Avella Specialty Pharmacy, Stan leveraged his Six Sigma certification to identify and implement strategies to reduce costs and grow revenue. At Avella (later Optum) Stan designed and implemented a project to identify lost accounts which recovered $14M in revenue 18 months post implementation, and he built the value of government contracts from $750K in 2017 to $47.8M in 2019. 

Most recently, at Wells Pharma of Houston, Stan has been the architect for the development and implementation of the company’s CRM and leads the Sales and Customer Service teams responsible for an average annual revenue growth of 213% since 2021. He led the team responsible for securing and maintaining Wells Pharma’s licensure for the 50 states in which the company operates. Stan is also responsible for the production scheduling for Wells Pharma.
