What do you do at Wells Pharma?
I currently serve as an Assistant Vice President of Sales – Acute Care, with Wells Pharma of Houston. My territory covers the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States, including my home state of Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, New York, and Tennessee.
What do you like best about working with customers/clients?
I enjoy assisting hospital pharmacy leadership to find the answers to specific product needs. It is very rewarding to know I can personally stand behind the safety and integrity of our company’s products and mission while offering cost saving and supply solutions.
In your opinion, what value(s) do customers gain by working with Wells Pharma?
Quality comes first and is of the utmost importance to us. At Wells Pharma, we test “every batch, every time.” It is our promise to our customers that every batch we produce is sent out for third-party testing and must pass strict standards for sterility, potency, particulate matter, endotoxins, and pH before we release it for delivery.
Why are you proud to work at Wells Pharma?
Working in the healthcare industry, and especially a 503B Outsourcing Facility, is extremely challenging. My customers’ patient care and patient outcomes are of the upmost importance to myself and our team, and I am proud of the standards that we uphold from the top-down. Our company functions as a team with the goal of providing the safest products to the end user, the patient.
We are also highly dedicated to developing new products and investing in automation, which will allow us to offer the industry additional products and competitive pricing.
What is the one lesson you’ve learned in the industry that has helped you most?
I have learned that the facilities we work with greatly depend on our open line of communication. At Wells Pharma, we are here as a partner and always do our best to not only provide products but to provide excellent customer service. Our constant communication and dedication to the facilities we work with provides our customers with a unique, one-on-one experience.
