I am the AVP for the great States of Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New Mexico USA!

What is the one lesson you’ve learned in the industry that has helped you most?
I have learned many lessons.  I have learned that 503B’s are a vital part of the health care industry and that 503B’s fulfill critical needs.  There are ‘gaps’ that can put patients at risk that our customers work hard to overcome.  An effective 503B can make an impactful difference to clinicians and patients. Wells Pharma is an organization that has a focus on the patients and their safety as well as being a consistent supplier. 

What do you like best about working in the 503B compounding sector of the healthcare industry?
I like the 503B sector because it fills a critical need in the clinical space. We truly help improve patient care.  Hospitals need quality organizations they can rely on for the products their patients need.  The products Wells Pharma provides offer quality patient ready services that offer immediate safety benefits, meet hospital initiatives, and fill gaps that clinicians and pharmacists are challenged with every day.  A quality focused 503B can make a positive difference to great patient care. 

In your opinion, what value(s) do customers gain by working with Wells Pharma?
Wells Pharma customers benefit from an experienced and diligent quality team delivering confidence in quality consistently. This is first and foremost our best foot forward.  Customers also benefit from a team of people from sales to shipping that is focused on providing the best service with a comprehensive portfolio.  We know our customers depend on us and we do not take that for granted.            

How do you support Wells Pharma’s mission, and dedication to improving the health and safety of customer’s patients?
We live in the communities that we serve, so it is personal for each one of us at Wells Pharma.  I support this mission every day by doing the best I can to communicate with our customers and to meet their needs.  Customers need to understand what Wells Pharma’s products offer; including everything from color coded labels, ready to use dosing, and packaging safety benefits.  Patient safety is the primary goal of everyone at Wells. 

Why are you proud to work at Wells Pharma?
I am proud to work here because everyone truly cares about patients.  There is a laser focus on how our products help and benefit the end users and their patients.  Patient safety is our top priority.  Everyone understands that every product we produce and sell impacts a person’s life and well-being.  I am proud to work here because for everyone of us at Wells, this matters.

What are the biggest challenges faced by Wells Pharma and its customers in the current healthcare environment?
The biggest challenges for Wells Pharma’s customers are shortages and finding a sustainable supply.  The market moves and changes quickly. There are shortages and cost pressures that customers face to find the necessary products they need.  These are challenges that the dedicated team at Wells Pharma is working to meet.
