The “Team Spotlight” series will allow you to meet one of Wells Pharma’s highly experienced experts. This professional/personnel look will help you get to know who we are, and give an inside look at how our team members work to achieve our goal of becoming a market-leader in the 503B Outsourcing industry.

What do you do at Wells Pharma?
I am currently an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales for the Northeast – aligning with Hospitals & Teaching Institutions in the Greater New York City Area; New Jersey; Delaware; Virginia; Maryland; Washington DC; Connecticut; Massachusetts; Rhode Island; New Hampshire; Vermont and Maine.

What do you like best about working with customers/clients?
In healthcare, few challenges are as critical as drug shortages.  In the face of these challenges, the value of a reliable supplier in the 503B space is what excites me about working with hospital pharmacy leaders.

When I look to my past nothing has brought me more “joy” than being able to supply lifesaving medications to New York City Hospitals during the pandemic.  And now when I look to my future, I am excited to be able to provide pharmacy hospital leaders with uninterrupted patient care, serving as a true partner with hospitals during uncertain times.

In your opinion, what value(s) do customers gain by working with Wells Pharma?
Consistency in Supply is what drew me to Wells Pharma and my North Star!

Our “Automation Process” is capable of large volume capacity, while delivering Quality product that we test for Sterility, Potency and Endotoxins are the some of the reasons hospital pharmacy leaders have onboarded with Wells Pharma so fast.

Our Quality team, Operations Team and Shipping Team has years of experience in the 503B space and embraces a philosophy of “saving patients’ lives” – which allows us to respond swiftly and provide access to treatments for patients.

Why are you proud to work at Wells Pharma?
I am proud to work at Wells Pharma because everyone has a drive to save patients’ lives.

I am proud to work at Wells Pharma because I work with a group of individuals that have the agility and responsiveness to safeguard patient health during times of shortages.

What is the one lesson you’ve learned in the industry that has helped you most?
The biggest lesson that I have learned is that we are in this together!

The roles that we have are meaningful to our hospital health systems and one that needs to be balanced with transparency, accountability, and honesty as we develop partnerships with hospitals.

Wells Pharma is a patient-focused organization with a focus on delivering a consistent supply to meet the demand for essential medications.
