What do you do at Wells Pharma?

I serve as the Assistant Vice President of Acute Care for the Mid-Central Region where I partner with hospitals and health systems. My role is to build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities to support acute care teams, and provide reliable 503B product solutions that help hospitals deliver exceptional patient care.  I also work closely with our internal teams to ensure our customers receive outstanding service and a dependable supply of high-quality products.

What do you like best about working with customers/clients?

Building relationships are my favorite part of the job.  I enjoy getting to know my customers, understanding the challenges they face, and working together to find solutions that make a difference.  When you earn someone’s trust and become a reliable resource, it creates long-term partnerships that benefit everyone-especially the patients they serve.

In your opinion, what value(s) do customers gain by working with Wells Pharma?

Customers gain a dependable partner who is committed to quality, consistency, and outstanding service.  Wells Pharma understands the importance of reliable product supply, and we work hard to provide high-quality products, responsive customer support, and solutions that help hospitals continue delivering safe, efficient patient care.

Why are you proud to work at Wells Pharma?

I’m proud to work for a company that genuinely puts customers first.  From the leadership team to every department I’ve worked with so far, there’s a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and doing the right thing.  It’s exciting to be part of a growing organization where everyone shares the same goal of making a positive impact on patient care.

What is the one lesson you’ve learned in the industry that has helped you most?

People do business with people they trust. Taking the time to listen, understand a customer’s needs, and deliver on your commitment’s has been the most valuable lesson throughout my career.
