The “Team Spotlight” series will allow you to meet one of Wells Pharma’s highly experienced experts. This professional/personnel look will help you get to know who we are, and give an inside look at how our team members work to achieve our goal of becoming a market-leader in the 503B Outsourcing industry.
What do you do at Wells Pharma?
As the AVP of Sales for the Southeast, I spearhead all sales and business development initiatives in the region.

What do you like best about working with customers/clients?
You know how everyone says their favorite part is the relationships? Well, they’re right, and I feel the same way. But what really sets it apart for me is working with pharmacy professionals and their teams. They blend business savvy, clinical know-how, and humility in a way you rarely see in other professions. It’s genuinely a pleasure to collaborate with such remarkable people every day.

In your opinion, what value(s) do customers gain by working with Wells Pharma?
When customers work with Wells Pharma, they truly get the whole package. We’re known for our quality, transparency, and top-notch service. We believe in communicating early and often, and we’re always ready to adapt to our clients’ needs, ensuring they receive the best quality products with a personal touch. Most importantly, we aim to help our customers maintain stability and reduce volatility in a market that’s often hit by service delays, supply disruptions, and regulatory issues.

Why are you proud to work at Wells Pharma?
Wells Pharma’s customer-centric approach aligns perfectly with my business philosophy, emphasizing loyalty, service, accommodation, and flexibility. With customer satisfaction as our core focus, we consistently achieve results that benefit our clients, the company, and most importantly the patients. It’s a win-win!

What is the one lesson you’ve learned in the industry that has helped you most?
Trust is the most vital currency in the 503B compounding industry and beyond. It’s like the gold standard of business relationships—without it, everything else loses value. Building trust requires a commitment to clear and constant communication, unwavering transparency, and consistent performance. When someone trusts you, it means they can count on you to deliver, even when things get tough. It’s that reliability and assurance that will set you apart and lead to long-lasting partnerships
